i hve used this web contact system from overseas as i have no other way of contacting tpg regarding my global roaming which doesnt work. Finally after getting to this contact community, I was asked to provide my contact deatils. When I tried to send a 2nd personal contact to repy with my details, I got a response saying I had sent to menay personal messages and mesage wouldnt submit. This is unbelievably poor customer service and a waste of customers valuable time
