If you haven't already, please read on.   The TCP/IP stack Winsock settings in Windows can sometimes get corrupted by various networking software installations, or computer virus infections.   Corrupt Winsock can cause various networking errors, including inability to surf the internet with "Page cannot be displayed" browser error, even though the network card appears to be connected.   The following steps will guide you in resetting winsock and reinstalling TCP/IP on your Windows 10 computer. Note: You must be logged on to the computer as an administrator to perform the steps.   See below guide:   Open command prompt in Admin mode by jointly pressing two keys “Windows logo and X” on your keyboard. Hi @pokeplayer,   The sticker on the Huawei HG532 ADSL2+ modem only shows the Wi-Fi (SSID) name, and not the Wi-Fi (SSID) password.   Do I need to use my TPG account password? Yes. This is because your Wi-Fi (SSID) password is initially configured to be the same as your TPG password.   This means that: You can change your Wi-Fi (SSID) password later on; Changing your Wi-Fi password will not change your TPG account password; Resetting your TPG account password will not change your Wi-Fi password.   What if I don't remember my TPG account password? Hi @5657459,   Could you please try the following:   Delete and re-add your TP Link Home Wi-Fi network from your Kogan Agora phone.        Delete a Wi-Fi network from your device Make sure you turn off your TP Link Home Wi-Fi (to prevent phone from rebooting) Open your Kogan Agora’s Settings app Tap Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. If needed, turn on Wi-Fi. In the list, touch and hold the saved network that you want to delete. Tap Forget network.        Add the Wi-Fi network again Turn on your TP Link Home Wi-Fi Open your Kogan Agora’s Settings app Tap Network & Internet  > Wi-Fi. At the end of the list, tap Add network. Enter the network name (SSID) and other security details. Tap Save, enter your Wi-Fi password.   If your Kogan Agora phone still crashes (and restarts), try reconnecting to your TP Link Home Wi-Fi network while your phone is in Safe Mode.   You can use safe mode to start your Kogan Agora phone with only the original software that came with it. Some apps that you can download can make your phone keep restarting itself, freezing, crashing, or be slow. Hi @Bolek   So you have a server (Linux) for mail, HTML, DHCP and DNS (external and internal), DMZ and firewall.   You also have a second router (as an access point) to extend your Wi-Fi coverage.   And both of these are connected to your TP-Link Archer VR1600v.   I acknowledge the fact that the server and the access point exist on your network to accomplish their intended functions.   However, the TP-Link router's slow web management page and the internet dropouts can only be troubleshooted properly if you are able to isolate your network down to the TPG-supplied TP-Link Archer VR1600v only.   When you have the opportunity, try the following:   Disconnect the server and access point from the router (Archer VR1600v). Turn on your router and leave it for up to 30 minutes as it retrieves and saves the required settings from TPG to connect automatically. When this is completed, the Internet light on the front of your router will become solid green. Alternatively, you can manually set up the Archer VR1600v using this guide here. test if you can browse the web check if your Wi-Fi works monitor for dropouts   In the event that you can't log in to the router's web management page (http://192.168.1.1):   Change web browsers or computer and log in again. Make sure the modem router is connected to the computer correctly and the corresponding LED indicator(s) light up. Make sure the IP address of your computer is configured to obtain an IP address automatically and obtain DNS server address automatically. Some older ADSL2 modems used to have an option in the WAN Settings to either "Automatically Connect, Connect On Demand, or Connect Manually" to the internet.   You don't see those settings anymore nowadays as current modems will automatically reconnect to your internet service if a signal disruption occurs either at the customer premises (caused by faulty phone cables, or corrosion in the wall socket, internal cabling, or the building's MDF) or from TPG's DSL network (caused by line faults, outages, equipment failure).   So your one-year old modem should just automatically reconnect in the event of signal disruptions. It will reconnect at the most stable speed it can manage to maintain given existing line conditions from your house up to TPG's ADSL equipment at the local phone exchange.   This most stable connection may well be slower than what you are used to having. It may even be considered "unusable" for normal online usage, so unless the ADSL equipment at the local phone exchange tells your modem to reconnect at a higher speed, or until another disruption forces your modem to reconnect, you may have to manually restart your modem.   Please report any service disruption or slow speeds to our Technical Support team for assistance.   TPG supplies NBN-compatible modems on its NBN plans. Hi Philip,   I suggest that you check for line noise.   Disconnect your modem from the wall socket and connect a phone handset. Check for dial tone and for any crackling or hissing noise. Noise has the effect of causing signal dropouts and low sync speed from the phone exchange.   Presence of noise may indicate cable corrosion anywhere from the wall socket, internal cabling, your apartment building's MDF, up to the Telstra pits on the street.   Report presence of line noise to TPG Technical Support for resolution. ...
