Thanks but i did check but there was no planned maintenance and it happened on a sunday evening. It is happening again as i compose this message. Not very happy with NBN lately as it seems to be very unstable. I will ring the support to report this.

Is NBN Internet down in Marsfield NSW area? It went down about 30mins ago and I tried to reboot my modem and router but it's not helping. Please advise thanks.

Thank you. Yes it came back up after i spoke to the TPG Support yesterday and we had to reset the modem. All good now.

Hi is the NBN service down at the moment? i've checked the NBN box only the top two lights are on. I was using it the whole morning with no issue. Thanks.

Hi there, .All of a sudden my NBN box only has two lights on the power and the downstream (second one) is flashing. The other two lights are both off. I was connected to the service for a week and just started to have this issue after 10pm tonight. My internet was ok before that. Please help thanks.

Thank you for your information. Just one question, if I need to get a wifi range extender which one would you recommend? How powerful a wifi range extender do I need for a two storey two bedroom townhouse? There are various brands please help me to choose the appropriate one thanks heaps.

Hi TPG, I live in a 2 storey townhouse and got my NBN installed upstairs in my study room and I find the coverage for downstairs is very weak and it often drops out. I noticed that there are two settings for the internet connection one is 2.4GHz and the other one is 5GHz. Which one is better to use? Do I need to get a wifi range extender? I did a speed test downstairs and it's so bad I only get around 4mbps download speed but when I am upstairs I get around 30 ish to 40 ish mbps. Would you be able to give me some advice on how to improve the coverage? Thank you.

I've waited for another 24 hours still no update from anyone. I rang TPG this morning and was told there was a job "reserved" for a technican/engineer to come at 8-12pm but a job is not "Booked". What does that mean?? Should I stay home or not for this?? I got work to do and I can't be sitting here to wait for nothing. Can you please look into this issue ASAP i have no internet for 4 days now it's getting very frustrated. Please help!

Hi BasilDV, Thanks for your reply. I hope the wait does not take long because I haven't had internet connect for 3 days now and am getting a bit frustrated! I need my internet connection back asap because I can't do any work from home without it. I've been a TPG customer for long and am a bit disappointed with this.

I just had my NBN installed yesterday and the NBN box has all four solid lights but the internet light is off on my modem. I have checked the cables everything is plugged in. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong? I tried to configure my modem n save with my TPG user name and password but it still doesn't connect. I rang TPG support they tried to troubleshoot for me but it is still down. I have logged a ticket already and it's been 24 hours now I just need a solution asap as I need my internet on Monday for work. Please help. Thanks heaps.
