Hi we have been having problems with outages for the last few days, have not had issues for a long time, can i get someone to look into this please, seems to happen morning, mid afternoon and late evening

Hi just wondering if anyone knows what "can not find any account forthe incoming call" means, we had it alot leading up to my previous outage, and have noticed it quite alot on the log again. Just wanting to get some info on it. Thanks for any help provided

nbn co have been out, the internet had been stable for about 36 hours, but downstream is way below what it used to be, could that be due to the settings that were changed? Current Rate (kbps) 22600 12496 Max Rate (kbps) 28222 39878 SNR Margin (dB) 17.6 32.4 Line Attenuation (dB) 24.5 11.6 Errors (pkts) 0 0

it has gotten so much worse, had non stop drop outs for last 3 hours. have had to use mobile hotspot to do anything now

Im suddenly getting drop outs every night around the same time about 8:30-9:30 used to be just 1 drop out, tonight i have had 4. Had the occasional drop outs before but never like this. Can i get some help with this please
