Hi Phone is still not working and not showing up in the configuration list of the router. I don't know if this is the router not configured properly or that the phone is faulty. Thanks

TPG just replaced my broken 1600v with VX420-G2H. Internet access is good but phone now not working. Phone still looks activated on my account, but it is not showing up in router config listing. Also phone icon on front panel not lit up. (Auto config didn't work so I connected manually). Is this a set up issue or is my phone handset faulty? Thanks.

All lights back on, on modem and reconnected to internet but it still seems that the modem may be rebooting itself every so often.

I have tried changing power outlet in case my UPS was faulty but internet has dropped out 3 or 4 times this morning. Currently down with 3rd light on modem flashing. Thanks

Our internet intermittently has been dropping out for a couple of weeks. Not sure if it's our modem or the nbn. Usually lasts for a few minutes about 4 or 5 times a day. The cable modem appears to be rebooting when it happens. Any ideas how we can check where the problem lies?

Our phone was working fine until a day or 2 ago. NBN internet access is fine but the phone is dead (no dialtone) and ringing in from outside there is no ring tone. Have tried rebootng everything, changing the phone and the wire, and using the second phone jack but none has worked. Not sure what else to try.
