Hi @arthurnats,   Welcome to the community!   There are several cause of home phone issue.   Faulty Phone Cable Faulty Handset If you're with ADSL2+, possible Phone Socket Issue If you're with NBN/TPG-FTTB, possible modem/router configuration issue (This can be fix by doing hard-reset with the modem/router).
