Hi, For the last 48 hours or so my upload speed is hovering around very small figures. I read 0.1 to 0.3 Mb/s. I have rebooted the modem to see whether it could help, unfortunately the upload speed is still extremely low. Hi @Riezl, When I dial a 13 XX XX number I hear a quite loud continuous tone (it has a higher frequency than a dial tone).

Dear TPG, I've just discovered that I am also not able to call 13 XX XX numbers. I have been an NBN user for almost a year. Could you please fix this problem for me too. Best regards. A.
