Welcome to the Community @Perth1133   We recommend for customers to check our Service status page if their service is affected by a planned or unplanned outage.   We've also created an article that will guide you on how to troubleshoot a No dial-tone issue for TPG Home phone service.   Upon checking your account, we've found that the number was provisioned incorrectly, which explains the busy line.
