Hi all   Over the last few days I have noticed my download speeds have dropped from 96mbps to 65mpbs.   I am no longer able to receive any higher speeds even though I am subscribed to a NBN100 plan.   This has been tested during peak and off-peak times where I've received the same results.   There has also been no change in hardware or any phone wiring in my home. Everything has remained untouched.   I am using the supplied NBN utility box, D-Link 1600 router, located in Beverly Hills NSW.    Would anyone be able to assist in helping me troubleshoot this issue?   Regards   ... Hi all   Ive just recently switched to FTTC and signed up for the NBN100 super fast plan, however, I am only getting speeds of just over 50mbps.   The super fast NBN100 plan mentions it can reach typical evening speeds of 78.2mbps, is there any reason as to why I am not able get the minimum evening speeds when I’ve chosen the higher speed plan?   I am using the supplied NBN utility box, D-Link 1600 router, located in Beverly Hills NSW.    Any additional info, help and options would be great.    Thanks ... Hi TPG Support Team   My download speeds are extremely poor, my highest over the past week has been 3.0Mbps. Hi guys   Can I please request some immediate assistance as my connection over the past week has been very unstable with constant drop outs.   Some cases have been where I would be disconnected every 2 or 3 minutes.   I have tried all modem reset and isolation options but the drop outs continue to occur on a daily basis.   Please advise.   Many thanks         ...
