I am in Narre Warren, and connected by FTTC to Hallam exchange, in the last 24 to 48 hrs my internet has been dropping in and out in the last 12 the internet has been unusable, is there a reported problem, I have checcked both NBN website and TPG site for known issues and cant find anything. this is driving me insane.

The service status is a joke it just keeps getting changed when it gets close to the time, I don't think TPG knows when it will be fixed.

I gave up on using the TPG phone and just use a third party voip service, if they're not willing to give out the settings I'm unwilling to give them more money, I use a Fritz!box 7590 and before that a 7490 both which use dedicated DECT phones conected directly to the router, if I used the crappy TPG modem I would be unable to use the Fritz Fon handsets,and would have had to buy a whole new phone system, Mynetphone works well and for around the same price as I would have paid TPG, even though I'm happy with the Internet service, the fact that they won't give up the voip settings means I may move at the end of the current contract

My NBN is now working great however I don't use the tp-link modem that was supplied is there anyway to setup the Voip on another modem, as I have a Frizbox 7490 if you don't support this please cancel my $10 add on as I won't be using the TPG Voip as won't be able to use my digital phones with the service as they connect directly with my modem, the Fritzbox 7490 is working great with the NBN better than the tp-link modem could, I will be continuing to use that, if I can't be supplied the setting I will just continue to use my current phone provider.

The NBN tech was at my house today when I got home, NBN is now connected and running, thanks for your help.

Still no NBN, but got an email from NBNco today telling me that NBN is available in my area, pretty poor since I still can't get a connection. is there any time frame that they are going to fix the connection short fall as it's now 5 weeks since the connection should have been made, and please don't call me if you don't have good news.

NBNco Tech has made his visit, still no NBN, he says it's due to the poor instillation of the NBN to the exchange, so not expecting NBN anytime soon, maybe you at TPG may be able to find out when they are going to fix it, expect a few unhappy customers, he says he has escalated it but could give no time frame.

Hi TPG tech has visited and case manage has reported that NBN tech needs to visit to sort out the connection, any idea when this will happen.

So I got the NCD and modem this week, connected them as as instructed the first 2 lights are solid, I got a call from TPG this week letting me know to keep it connected and should be provissioned in 24hrs or so, well it didn't it's now over 3 days and still nothing, 5 days if you include when I got the NCD and modem, I've hooked back up my adsl as at least that works, how long do I need to be without a service I'm paying for for NBN to get connected, can I get a firm date on when I can expect it to work.
