Absoultey discgraceful.   I have followed every protocol that's been requested.  I have emailed TPG and I have called the customer service - yet there is NO communication at all from your team.   I have cancelled my account via email (cancel@tpg.com.au).  I have written a formal email and wrote the form - YET TPG is still withdrawing money from my credit card !!!   This is unacceptable - I have already requested a refund for the internet that I have NOT used to date!!!!   PLEASE GET BACK TO ME! Hello there,   Recently I had NBN contractors come and install wires at my new place.  However, the work was done so poorly that the Strata company want them to repair it.   Since then, my real estate agent has been in touch with NBN and they are working on sending out someone to fix it.   For now  - I would like TPG to not charge me for the internet as I am not using it at the moment.  Also, I would like to request a technician to be organised once NBN contractors have fixed the cables.   Happy to discuss this further via email or phone.     Regards,   Shaun Shabbot.   ... Hello there,   I have had zero luck and no contact from TPG regarding getting someone out to install my NBN black box.  I have had someone from NBN install the cables on Friday.  A technician was supposed to come in on Saturday 28th March between 8-12pm.  But no one came.   When i called TPG, they said they had cancelled the appointment and i was not notified.  It is very frustrating to hear that especially since i have called a month in advance to get everything sorted.  I need the internet to be able to work from home.   I have also tried to reschedule my appointment, and have had no luck (see attached)   Can you please help and respond asap.   Regards,   Shaun S. ...
