Hi @6819949   Welcome to the Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault. The modem shows that it's been stable for almost a day now.   Did you notice any changes in the light status of the modem when the connection drops out? If none, are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection?   If WiFi, signal interference may have caused the issue. You may improve your home WiFi network with these articles.
