Hi This is still happenining Every niight Currently the downlod is 4.8 mbps - see attached on tpg speedtest. it is much slower (1.58) on others Soemthing is not right Please fix

I am on the 45 NBN plan but my current speed is less than 5 mbps Please can u fix ASAP

Hi Rajen Thanks for looking into this - however I just tried to upgrade my plan again and got the same error message Any suggestions? Thanks Alex

I have been trying to upgrade my plan for days. Tried onine and via app and get the following error message I want to upgrade to 45.6 MBPS asap Error Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance. When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists > Can you help pls? Thanks
