Hi Shane, thank you for your effort to try to solve this....I am sure it's not your problem. Unfortunatelly this router is not a router we have bought from Victoria market!....It's been sold by a big publicly listed company in Australia! ...and it has faults and nobody seem to care about it! ...9 months and TPG are still supplying this dodgy router to it's  loyal customers ! Can you pls send me the contact details of your customer service executive via PM? Alternatively, I can take it to social media also ...I bet the TPG share holders will wrapped! hi i have tried every step at the surface end( enable, disable device, advance options, driver up to date  etc); i have read on a MS blog the WPA2/WPA3 may not be supported on this model?... regardless, at the 5886 end i have disabled all security in both bands and still no wifi connectivity...as a test,  i have added a range extender and it works with surface...not that the signal stenght was an issue... it's a bizzare one  thank you ... If I plug a diffrent router it should work automatically?...I  remember trying a Dlink router and it did not connerct to your network.
