On the connection status part on the Tpg app is says I have detected modem and phone service but not data. It also mentions my internet services are offline. Can someone explain this? We are connected to the internet but it is extremely slow

We have had 2 no shows from nbn. One appointment on the 30th and now the 4th. Very frustrating seeing how I had to leave work early on BOTH days to be home for this appointment.

Hello, we just had nbn fix the box so we could connect to the internet. We had internet connection for an hour then it dropped out and we can’t connect.

Hi, NBN has just been connected, and I was wondering how I will know when the home phone porting will have been completed? I understand that it can take up to 5 working days.
