Hi, I have moved over from Optus and received my new TPG Modem this morning. I have plugged this in and am now awaiting service to be active - leaflet mentioned within 30 minutes modem will configure itself and internet light will go green. This hasn’t occurred as of yet. How long does this usually take before I’m live and able to connect? Thanks ... View more
