My internet keeps cutting out every 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on my luck. Was enjoying some video gaming with league of legends but the disconnections were very vital to my enjoyment as it would cut out during the wrong moments. This is making me anxious and after experiencing for a couple of weeks, my paitience have ran out and my family members have also caught on the problem.

Someone from TPG called and told us that a schedule appointment has being made by an electrician to activate the connection access point but I am certain that it was already activated as the past electricians that came and installed the NBN connection box and wiring has notified me that NBN will come over and activate the access point on their own which I don't know if TPG was aware. So I would like to know if our NBN is actually ready because I see all 4 lights in my connection box, the upstream and downstream are lit up. Just in case, we are not using our home phone number because of line problems so our current available contact number is 04xxxxxxxx. Thank you.

I would like to ask if my NBN service/plan is activated because a few weeks ago, electricians came over and completed all the physical installation and installed an NBN box in my house. They said I had to wait until all 4 green lights in the NBN box is on which that time the NBN service was has not being run through our building. Now over the next couple of weeks, TPG have called to explain to us that we needed permission from our building owner to activate NBN which we later on successfull got granted permission. Surprisingly, our NBN box indicated 4 green lights meaning NBN is ready to be activated. If it is not activated, is it possible to ask for our NBN service to be activated over this forum or would we need to make a phone call to TPG? Thank you

Have they tried calling the new number I have provided earlier which was 040xxxxxxx, please ask them to try again as I remember last time I provided them this number but they kept calling our home phone number only to realise the new number I provided them.

We are currently not using our home phone as the ADSL would keep cutting if we use a phone and modem splitter so we just kept the modem and avoided using the home phone. You can contact this number 04xxxxxxx.

It has been approximately 5 days since the NBN installation was supposed to be finished, and I am being very anxious whether the NBN service would arrive at all. How longer would it take for the service to arrive if it is still continuing to be delayed. We have receive no updates and notice at all about when the service would be activated.

Nevermind that, the electricians came and finished setting up, tho late they still did a good job, but they told me I still need to wait until NBN runs its network through my building which they still need to. They've already reported it to their headquarters so should be expecting it to be ready soon.

TPG sent a text message and schedule notice stating that the NBN installation will be completed by an electrician on Friday 21st December between 8am to 12pm. Already 50 minutes past 12pm, the electrician hasn't arrived yet, we are already waiting 2 weeks for NBN to be finished installing. Family members took time off work to be home around the initial appointment from 8am to 12pm. Sadly, this is very disappointing to waste work for no progress.

After a few weeks after fixing the adsl drops, it occurs once again, inconveniencing my everyday life began happening again today.

Thank you for assisting, I had also tried isolating my modem and switching to another modem but the ADSL would still drop off. Is there any available fix?

Hello, I am currently struggling to fix an issue with my ADSL. I have replaced the filter and rj cables but to no avail. I am wondering if its the modem's problem or the line in my house. This has been occuring for over 10 weeks. I would like some help please.
