Thank you so much for your reply. Have been reading/educating myself about this all morning. Seems the best fix in the short term is to send emails via the 'TPG Post Office' and check my SMTP Authentification setting on my devices? Oh, and wait for a call back/email from TPG....

Thank you. Have done and waiting.... Still not sure if the 'blacklist' problem is my end or the receivers end? I have zero understanding of blacklisting.

Oh? So sorry and thank you so much for your help. Really appreciate it. Is that something I can change or fix or is that a TPG issue? That address is listed on my website, could that be causing an issue? Again. Thank you so much for any advice you could give.

Further I've began trying to further trouble shoot (I have 4 x tpg.com.au addresses) and it appears to just be the one account I am having problems with :(

Hi, This is a brand new problem that began on 7 Feb. I have now had 3 emails bounce back as 'undeliverable'. As this is a business email address it is very concerning. I had been back and forward to the email addresses prior to 7 Feb with no problem. Addresses included @outlook.com @live.com.au and @iinet.net.au I know there were TPG problems a few months ago similar to this with regards to Gmail addresses. Is TPG aware of this issue and looking into it? Thank you

I have a website for my business, where potential new clients complete a form and it is then forwarded to one of my @TPG.com.au addresses. I have now had multiple new clients (that thankfully have reached out via phone after receiving no reply) saying they completed the form, but I never received it. Yes, I have checked, spam, junk etc I have also had friends complete form, have completed it myself etc and it has worked everytime. I have then checked my analytics on my website and cross referenced the 'form submissions' I have received and they do not match up, so there is direct evidence that forms are being submitted and they are not reaching my email. I can see I am missing approx 6 'form submissions' over the past 6 weeks. Help? This is obviously hurting my business and I've had to put an apology on the 'form submission acknowledgement' saying 'this form doesn't always work'. The address the form submisisons come from is form-submission@squarespace.info I have no answer or soultion as to why this is happening? Can you please review the email address attentivea@tpg.com.au and ensure there are no 'weird' settings causing this? Thank you

Hi, Have also noticed a problem in Stirling, WA,6021. Never had a problem in the last 15 years but recently have 2 bars reception and calls breaking up etc? Have tried all the troubleshooting and have the issue on all our 3 phones all connected with TPG.
