Hi @airsb925,    Once you move or transfer your services, your old address will definitely get cancelled once your service gets activated on the new address.    I've checked your old address and there appears to be an active service however, not with TPG. The area provides an NBN FTTP service therefore, there are multiple ports that can be utilised or activated.   I would recommend they contact the ISP or NBN CO to check on this further.      Thanks!  Ahra_G ... Hi @airsb925    Welcome to the Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the router might have been factory reset. This means that the settings have gone back to default.   The WiFi name and password have gone back to its default settings, which can be seen on the sticker within the router. We've created an article that will guide you on How to Connect to Your Wi-Fi network   You need to configure the router as well.
