The order was in progress, which was advised earlier by our support team. The update that the adapter was shipped out came later. Hi @chhitij2 ,   Thanks for briging this to our attention, I can confirm that there was a known outage in the area today but this has been cleared. The service has been stable now for 3h 24m.
