Finally I had to call the support team and they did some digging and said my house will be upgraded in 4 months… When I said new providers promise upgrade within 3 weeks, they didn’t have an answer.

I am hearing my address is available for a free FTTP upgrade from 20 July 2023. While there are many ISP storming my mail box with posters for upgrade. I haven’t heard anything from TPG. How do I get a free upgrade via TPG.?

Hi @David_M My router shows a firmware version 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n, seems a bit old. How can I request for the latest? Regards Ram
