I changed from nbn 50 to nbn100 today..now when I try to log in and look at my account for billing dates etc I get this messages Error: Failed to login. Try again in a few minutes. There have been too many login attempts with this username from your location. Please reconfigure, disable or un-install any usage meter software that is checking your TPG usage, as it is the likely cause of this issue. How to fix this? I'd like to know if this device would work for me. I have as you would know nbn fibre to the building as i am in a newish apartment block.
