TPG have replaced my router with a TP-LINK VX220-G2V router after many issuses trying to get my VOIP service running.  After a month of running OK, My Line kept dropping out numerous times a day. When I went to check the DSL Link Status page on the router , I noticed that the Link Status - connection time information is missing ?   I am certain it was on the old TPG supplied router.   So I have no idea how stable the DSL link has been up?  The router Power up time I know is still displayed.   BTW - the system log is useless as its full of DHCP events ....   Any ideas please ?   ... My TPG service been like a yoyo for the last few weeks, without resolve from TPG, they keep closing my app calls. Internet via NBN was flakey - thought it was water in the pit like a year ago, NBN tech came out and sure enough water was in the pit, he tested and said it all passed. Next day and nearly every day - line goes down for a few hours - seems OK over night, mostlikely down at 3pm every day. Lights on router try to sync for at least 15mins to 3hrs Router logs filled with DSL link down but more DSL link up and flooded with " Every IP in the domain has been tried but we didn't find one"   Can someone from TPG contact me - my calls keep on getting closed saying link is up.... someone from tech support will call you in 24 / 48 hrs .................nobody ever does         Logs on router show ... Just received my Home Wireless Router    Questions - What purpose are the 4G status LED ? It goes like traffic lights from None to Red to Yellow and Green ? I get its related to signal strenght 25 / 50 / 75% is what I can see on the Status   I tried putting it as close to the window as possible ( any closer it would outside ) ... but makes only a slight difference ?  What do the antennas do that re included ? are they for Wifi or Mobile  network?   There is little info on the TP-Link AX5400 - or manual.   This service has dropped out 4 times in the first day ....... Am I in a bad signal area  ?   I have a 4G mobile tower almost across the road .........  I might have to switch back to NBN copper   Home users say it drops out - but LED status does not reflect connectivity - I have had no 4G LED , but I still seem to be connected.  Not sure how reliable this is .......
