Thanks Shane that was a pretty basic issue in light of what happened next. I got the my TPG app and conformed my internet wasn’t working - lodged a fault report and an hour later got an email saying my internet had been transferred to another provider?! I have had to create a new account and waiting to be reconnected. Is this a common occurrence? It shouldn’t be that easy to get disconnected- even if as the TPG person I spoke to said someone might have given our address by mistake to an internet provider and they cut us off.
