Dear Sir I have an issue with TPG community Email Verification / Reset Password. 1. Reset Password I try the password reset process. However, I could never receive an email from the TPG community. (In this time, I found the current password, and I can log in.) 2. Email Verification I create an alternative community account. I click email verification button, but I could never receive an email from the TPG community. Could you please check TPG community email verification/reset password system? Thank you

Dear Sir I have experienced some internet data transfer issues. (Connection type TPG FTTB) Internet data transfer is interrupted at times. I restarted my modem/router, but the issue continues. I found the following message in the modem/router log. (Modem/router: Asus DSL-AC68U) Dec 25 18:03:46 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues. Dec 25 18:03:52 WAN Connection: WAN was restored. Dec 25 18:05:27 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues. Dec 25 18:06:13 WAN Connection: WAN was restored. Dec 25 18:07:40 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues. Dec 25 18:07:54 WAN Connection: WAN was restored. Dec 25 21:53:10 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues. Dec 25 21:53:39 WAN Connection: WAN was restored. How do I do next? Could you check TPG network facility? Thank you.

Dear Shane Thank you for telling your result. I bought second-hand TP-LINK modem/router is TPG-NBN's modem/router and can't use TPG-FTTB's VoIP Service. If I use TPG-FTTB's VoIP service, I must use the HG659 modem. Is this correct? regards.

Dear Shane Thank you for your quick replay. I bought that modem from Cash Converters. Because HG659's Wifi has a problem. I purchased this modem for troubleshooting. I think Wifi Problem will be solved with a new modem. Regards.

Dear Sir I have the same issue. (I use TPG FTTB(NOT NBN) / replace from HG659 to VR1600v(second hand/Supplied from TPG) Internet access is OK. I connected the phone to "phone1" socket but "Phone 1" LED is OFF. I setting username and password in "pppoe_8_35_1_d" but still can't work it. Could you please advice me? Thank you for your help. Hi Could you please tell me HG659 "root" account password? "admin" account does not appear "telecom" tab in the main window. I need a view of the "call log" section in "telecom" tab. Or can I check "call log" section without "root" login? Thank you for your help.
