Yes, All appears to be working, now. Cheers. Yesterday when I returned from work the phone still wasn't working, I unplugged the dsl from the wall, plugged back in, restarted the unit and a long 5-10 minutes later (probably closer to 5) it restarted and the phone and internet was working. As per the subject? Our NBN connection was out for the last three days and has only just been repaired, but now we don't have a phone line. The NBN works fine but the phone is not receiving anything. I don't fancy being on hold for another half hour, is there a way to log a fault on the app?. I can see "manage faults" but that only shows the last logged fault as being resolved, which it clearly isn't.

We signed up to the NBN50 and were told that calls were included. Seems this wasn't the case and now we need to add credit to use the home phone. Can anyone tell me how long that credit lasts? It's only for the kids for emergencies, we both have mobiles, so we don't want to be paying $10 a month if the credit expires (I would just get an add on if that were the case).

We have the exact same issue. I rang and spoke to a real human, after 20 minutes on hold, who told us that the phone Line was working but that we didn't have an add on or prepaid credit. When we signed up we were told that calls would be charged as used, not once were we told about "add ons" or adding credit. Adding credit seems easy, what I can't find out is how long that credit lasts. We don't dial out often so don't want to keep adding credit each month.
