I moved from my NBN account to 5G wireless when I moved house and was assigned a new username as well Issue is I can log in to this TPG forum but cannot access my actual account ie bills etc. I can however use my old account which should be deactivated and see it linked through there Any help would be great 😅 yes I’ve tried the reset password link etc spoke to TPG many times ..
