Hi @6455911,   Welcome to TPG Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and have reviewed the details.   The SIM card was sent via normal post which may take 2 to 3 working days around Metro and 3 to 5 working days outside Metro before it arrives. There's no tracking used for posting the SIM card.   The SIM card was already shipped on the 4th of February and you should be able to receive it within the day.
