Yes the fridge is connected to the WiFi and remains connected, this is displayed on the fridge, and i can confirm by looking at the router WiFi status.   But the app after the initial momentary connection will not connect again, the app shows the fridge with a cross,   Error#70  Remote connection to the appliance has been disconnected. Yes, have tried many times uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which works ok and connects to the fridge and shows all the fridge details serial# , product# etc. But then drops connection and won't connect again No information on what error#70 means   I have asked Electrolux to provide more technical details on requirements and setup, but i think their help is limited to whats in the manual.   Thanks for the help. Exactly, this has been done, My problem is not the setup, the app gets all the correct info, its the app staying connected, instantly disconnects with error message #70,  Electrolux say the problem is the modem router. Regards ... View more

I have just tried connecting using mobile data same error.   So initially the app is used to connect dirrectly to the Fridge using the fridges own WiFi, which i then put in the home wifi SSID and password, then the fridge connects to the home WiFi, which all works fine.   I can log into my modem router and see the fridge connected, I can Ping the fridge.   Thanks I appretiate you help Shane ...
