I've tried suggestions as per the articles regarding changing channel settings etc... but still getting random wifi disconnections while other devices stays connected.   I think it's time to ditch and replace the TPG provided modem to save myself further frustrations. ... View more

I doubt the issue is signal interference related. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the VX220-G2v router that I have been provided as a replacement. My old Archer VR1600 worked flawlessly for 5 years until it was replaced with a VX220-G2v unit. ... View more

Slow FTTP Connection

I've just upgraded to FTTP however I am not getting anywhere near the speed I am expecting. In fact, my connection is slower than my previous FTTN connection. I am using Archer VR16000V router which I have retained from my FTTN service with no setings changed. Is there settings on my router that I need to be aware of when swtiching from FTTN to FTTP?    I'd appreciate any assistance and advise on this. Thanks. ... View more

Not able to receive calls

Hi My mobile is not able to receive calls. Incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. Text is fine.
