Hi there, I have moved houses and would like to cancel my TPG account, as my new house already have an internet service I’ll no longer need it. I have been trying to cancel my account for the last weeks, and now I didn't got email cancellation from tpg yet Thanks

Hi @Vpudindib, Welcome to the Community! Apologies that you are still not able to use the service despite having all the equipment set up. Using your Community details, I've seen that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team. Moreover, based on the recent update, an Engineer has booked a technician visit on 26 March 2019 between 8AM-12NN.
