Hi @enicolson   My apologies for the delayed response.   We have already replied to your other thread explaining that an NBN outage affected your service yesterday. Hi @enicolson   Welcome to the Community!   We're sorry about the disruption of your service yesterday and the difficulty in getting through our Helpdesk Team due to the unusually high volume of calls.   Using your community details, I was able to pull up your account. From what I gathered, there was an outage yesterday that affected your service. NBNCo reported the incident at 11:33 AM AEST yesterday. They cited that an NBN technician was performing troubleshooting in the Node as part of an investigation on another network incident.
