Hi internet9,   Surely you can request a new modem you will need to contact customer service department.   I may advice you to check the power adaptor is the correct one ( 12vdc 2A) before order a new device.   We found some devices has been failing after few years when they used the old adaptor from the ADSL modem.                   ... Hi @internet9,   Welcome to TPG Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your service is currently affected by an NBN network outage.   We've checked it with them and we were advised that a fibre break has caused the issue with the service that affects multiple NBN customers in the area. Their Field Services are currently experiencing a shortage in available technicians which is why they weren't able to fix the fault over the weekend.   They are aiming to arrange a technician today to restore the service.
