Is there an ideal separation distance that should be adhered to between  the NBN connection box and the TPG supplied Modem Router. The cable provided being the shortest possible. Been connected to the NBN barely three months now via the Foxtel cable network. In that time I have experienced outages approaching a dozen times. Not good enough given we pay for 24/7 service. Any explanatiion for this ?   ... View more

Looking at my desktop with Windows 10 can’t seem to see the Chromecast or the Google Home Mini showing anywhere although not sure I’m sufficiently skilled to do so. The home mini took to the NBN and new modem router seamlessly and is functioning ok. iPhones and IPads also connect to WiFi ok.   ... View more
