Loss of Internet connection

Hi
I have been without Internet connection since 10.00am this morning. Apparently my house was scheduled for NBN maintenance YESTERDAY 1st October 2021 (10.00am to 4.00pm) and not today. I have since checked my address on NBN to see if they may have done it today but have received a response to the contrary. They have asked that I contact my service provider.

I have called TPG customer service but they say they can only call back in 50 minutes.

Please help restore my Internet connection.

I've managed to locate your account and recent update on your account indicated that the issue is now raised to our Engineering Team.

 

An appointment has also been confirmed on 05 October 2021 between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone of legal age is present during the visit.
