New modem not automatically setting up

Hello.
I am trying to set up my new modem. When I plug it in it has all the internet lights however when I connect to the Wi-Fi network it says contact service provider after 30 minutes. Any ideas?

The equipment we provide are plug and play and is set to connect automatically to our server for internet access. However, there are instances that it may take longer to connect. In this case, manual configuration needs to be done on the modem.
