@BasilDV someone contacted me and said there is no update and no timeframe for an internet connection?
What on earth is going on?
The only 'solution' provided is the 'Customer Relations' contact telling me to go to a different provider?!?!?!?
This is this is not adequate or professional.
This is a simple question - when will the internet be connected to my address?

@dk21 We apologize if we are not able to provide you with answers to your questions right now. We rely upon our 3rd party provider in delivering the service.
We are currently in contact with Telstra's management in order to provide you with the proper installation date and have the service installed asap.
