My adsl2+ service was activated on 17/1 but i have not received a modem.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the account.
We did not see any order for an ADSL2+ modem/router on the account. Did you process your ADSL2+ order through one of our Sales support or via Online? It appears that there's no modem included when the order was processed.
If you want a brand new modem, it will be for $99.95 + $10 shipping fee. The usual shipping time frame is within 1 to 2 working days within Metro and 2 to 5 working days outside Metro area.
