4g Data Barred

I have paid direct debits for my account but my prepaid balance is still 0 and my 4g is still barred . Its been two days. I tried turning my phone off , reinstalling the sim and resetting my network settings, it still doesn't work. please help

Welcome to the Community! 

 

I was able to pull up an account using your Community info and checked the status of your service. Since you made the payment using a direct debit last Friday, 07 June, it will normally take 3-4 working days before it gets posted on your account. 

 

Another option is to use a credit card for real-time posting and for you to be able to use the service. If you'll do that option, the direct debit payment will be used for future payment.
