Call Catcher charging me to disable a service I never requested.

The ISSUE IS STILL ONGOING! I have updated my complaint to the TIO.

 

Call Catcher still charging me for a service that I HAVE ALREADY DISABLED with 121600 number

How is TPG this bad??
