Hi,
I'm having a similar issue to a lot of people, I'm overseas and I can't login to my TPG account because it needs to message my phone number to verify me, but I can't receive any texts because I'm overseas and using a travel SIM. I did turn roaming on but I still don't receive any texts, and I'd prefer to keep it off as it's too expensive. Can you please advise me with a solution? My card has expired so I need to update my card details to pay my bills, but can't update them because of this issue.

Hope you dont have to go through their idiotic 'optical character recognition ' process.
They want me to do it for a My Account issue that I have but I cant do it because my phone does not connect to internet (basic phone). So when my card expires they can cancell my account because I cant get into my account to update it. good luck.
