Can’t access other services

I can log in my account and check out my
Mobile phone account but cannot log into other services to check both my son’s accounts as they are both under me and my credit card as they were under 18 then. I get an error message when I try to check other services. I also received a text asking me to update payment details but the invoice does not match with the one I have with payment received.

Please either try to use your Mobile number or the account number when logging in and let us know how that goes.

The new dashboard appears briefly before crashing and asking me to login again.

I have logged in and can view my own number details. I have 2 other mobile numbers attached to my account. I can’t see how much data has been used.
