Can't log into the account

Multiple of us tried logging in the account but we were told that it is invalid. Clicked forgotten password but no email was generated or sent to us. Idk whats wrong with this thing. The app also doesn't work. Is there any way we can check on our plans??? Or data usage.

May we know if you are using Username or Account number to login to TPG My Account? If you've tried forget password, password recovery will be sent to the registered Email address on the account.
