Can't update payment details on site

I have tried twice now and the payment keeps being taken from a card that I don't want it taken from...

How do you update your payment details? Can you try to follow the steps here?
Update Credit Card or Direct Debit payment details or Re-try a Failed Payment securely online

Hi Angeli, I was updating the payment details from credit card to bank account, however it doesn't appear to be working (even though I am going through the steps and it says its worked)

Kindly send me your TPG account details privately, so I can check if you have successfully updated your payment method to direct debit.
