Cancelling my nbn service

Hi,
I want to cancel my nbn service as I am moving out on 29th August 2023.
I submitted the cancellation notice today.
Will TPG team contact me again to confirm the cancellation?
What else do I need to do? Thanks

Hi @missgkssk, you should hear from accounts team within the next 24-48 hours regarding your cancellation request.

Out of curiosity how did you submit the cancellation request? The  only "official" way of know of is to call 131423.
