Cannot log into my account

I changed from nbn 50 to nbn100 today..now when I try to log in and look at my account for billing dates etc I get this messages

Error: Failed to login. Try again in a few minutes.
There have been too many login attempts with this username from your location. Please reconfigure, disable or un-install any usage meter software that is checking your TPG usage, as it is the likely cause of this issue.

How to fix this? I have no usage meter software or anything that should be preventing this simple task

I had a similar problem. Try logging in with your TPG account number. It worked for me.

Hi @johndagg, do you still need help logging in? You can also try clearing the cache of your browser. Or try a different browser.
