Cant log into my account

I can't log into my account. When I request the 2FA code it takes 8 minutes to receive it. TPG only gives 5 minutes to use the code. I have called support twice in September 2022 raised ticket number 68621402 & its still not resolved 3 months later. I dont have any problems receiving receiving 2FA SMS from banks or other sites requiring 2FA sms, just TPG is slow.  It seams they are unwilling to do anything. I am going to look for another provider if this cannot be fixed. Very poor service from this company.

Hi BasilDV Problem now resolved I was using my old Login before the migration to the new wedsite & it must be searching for me in the old system to get my phone number to send the 2FA code.

Spent another hour on the phone with Customer support today & they gave me a customer ID to log in & that worked OK.
