I have just moved over to TPG NBN from Chariot (owned by TPG), as they don't provide NBN and it is being connected soon in my area.

Was just wondering if TPG will cancel my Chariot account, or will I have to do that?
I dont think Im having phone connected on new NBN service as will use mobile phone for that.

Hi @Kaytee ,

Welcome to the community!

TPG and Chariot operate independently. Yes, you will need to contact Chariot to cancel the old service. However, in case that you requested to port your home phone number from Chariot to the new TPG-NBN service. You will have to keep the Chariot account active until the porting is done.

Let us know should you require further assistance.

Cheers!
