TPG community is a waste off time
Why can’t they just open a chat service so we can chat to them directly when they are hopeless at answering calls.. office hours close at 9pm, I called again after first failed attempt at 8pm
They purposely left me on hold until closing time and in the end I hear a “ please call during business hours “ Absolutely disgusting service

No, I don’t think they have the customer support service any more. It’s just the hold music, but no actual people on the other end.
What I don't like is hearing dogs, babies or customer service family members/friends in the background while identifying myself.
