Does anyone answer the phones at TPG

Has anyone ever made it through to a person when calling TPG
Been on hold with two different numbers for 37 mins!!! What a horrible service

Agree. Customer Service is very poor. I suspect it's still over in Manila and the team is either in system straight-jackets or downsized to a level that results in long wait times. I suspect both. The Customer Service function needs a full overhaul and established in Australia and staffed by Australians.

Exactly. Currently dealing with an investigation with them and they’re asking me “why didn’t you try to contact us”, actually I did but I had to end the call every time after multiple hours because I had to go to work

TPG community is a waste off time
Why can’t they just open a chat service so we can chat to them directly when they are hopeless at answering calls.. office hours close at 9pm, I called again after first failed attempt at 8pm
They purposely left me on hold until closing time and in the end I hear a “ please call during business hours “ Absolutely disgusting service
